Maintenance Technician
Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production, Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and a continuous improvement mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Columbus, IN. Pay Range: 54.00.
- Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment adjustments to maximize production and quality.
- Support equipment changeovers, startups, and production line improvements.
- Assist with equipment moves and utility connections including air, gas, water, and power.
- Train operators on safe equipment operation and maintain maintenance documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with fabrication processes, industrial equipment, and manufacturing machinery.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Knowledge of quality systems, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
