CNC Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision metal and plastic components, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their dedicated team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $20 per hour + (Depending on experience)

** Shift:
** 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) / 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am) + Overtime

** What's the Job?*
* + Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes and mills to produce high-precision components.

+ Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to ensure accurate machining processes.

+ Monitor machine operations, make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.

+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment as needed.

+ Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify specifications.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 3+ years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.

+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

+ Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

+ Mechanical aptitude with keen attention to detail and safety protocols.
