Material Handler HM Job Description Summary

Operate a lift truck in a safe manner within the manufacturer’s design parameters while being alert of pedestrians and the surroundings.

Supports production needs, ensuring all material product, and waste are in proper locations.

Utilize hot side scales for adequate weight counts.

Makes plex entrees for accurate inventory.

• Delivers the correct material to each production line.
• Removes excess waste to proper locations.
• Monitors bowl feeder levels, reheats and waste levels.
• Conducts daily sample weight verification.
• Places all material in proper locations.
• Ensures all tubs being used are empty to prevent any steel issues.
• Helps assist with 5S.
• Changing out of graphite totes as needed.

Experience with forklift in a fast paced environment.
