Job Summary and Primary Objectives:

To monitor and assist the thread rolling process to ensure quality products. Motivate, train and direct the work activities of subordinate staff.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Maintain good communication with TM, TL and other Group Leaders Coordinate with PC hot parts

Maintain quality and productivity improvements through Kaizens Assist in training programs

Complete and maintain all paperwork and data entry

Cover breaks and lunches when needed

Troubleshoot machine when necessary

Support management decisions

Work necessary hours to accommodate production

Continuous 5SShow quality leadership skills

Maintain a safe environment and encourage safety

Other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent people skills

Good communication skills (verbal & oral)
Excellent computer skills.

Excellent organization skills.

Excellent understanding of production processes.

Good basic mechanical skill

Education and Experience:

Associates degree in related area or equivalent experience.
3+ years of manufacturing experience2+ Years of supervisory or team leading experience
