Perform rework, scrap transactions, external rework transactions, and generate NCMRs and other appropriate reports;
Actively work with suppliers and coordinate with purchasing personnel and others to improve quality;
Highlight and write process documentation and make updates as appropriate, to stay current with product and process changes;
Collect, analyze and display out of process data;
Lead Supplier, Customer or Manufacturing quality issues to closure using 7 Step or A3 problem solving
