Seeking detail oriented candidates for a hands on assembly position in a fast paced environment.

Assembly Worker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:00pm)

Assemble subwoofers in a fast paced assembly line environment, including:

• Running wire harnesses
• Installing and torquing speakers and brackets
• Dropping and securing screws
• Validating completed assemblies
• Packaging finished products
• Install brackets on amplifiers and perform basic audio checks on amps

Assemble small diesel engine components using an assembly line process, including:

• Installing screws, plugs, valves, EGRs, and other small components
• Torquing fasteners to specified requirements
• Adhere to established cycle time requirements once training is completed
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain focus and minimal conversation on production lines to support efficiency and safety
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Assembly Worker

Qualifications:

• Prior factory or manufacturing experience required
• Demonstrated experience using handheld screwdrivers in a production environment
• Ability to understand and consistently work within established cycle time requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Be able to lift 25lbs repeatedly
