• RN license in Indiana or NLC license recognized by Indiana
• 2+ years nursing experience (2 years home health preferred)
• Meets CMS Qualified Instructor requirements (42 CFR 484.80(e))
• CPR certified
• Knowledge of home health regulations

• Lead clinical orientation, skills check-offs, and in-services
• Coach staff performance and support professional growth
• Collaborate with leadership on training and compliance
• Track outcomes and support quality improvement
