Family Nurse Practitioner; NP

Immediate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Contract Opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in Columbus, IN.

Pay Rate: $90.00/hr

• Schedule M, T, F: 7am-6pm and W: 8am-7pm
• 7:00am to 6:00pm (Mon, Tue, Fri)
• 8:00am to 7:00pm (Wed)
• Saturday rotation 8am-12pm, approximately every 4-6 weeks.
• 40 hours per week

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 9/7/2026 (possible extension)

• Family Nurse Practitioner needed with primary care experience that can see ages 2 years old and older. Comfortable with Well Woman exams and small procedures.
• Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of Physician.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
• Records physical findings and formulates plan and prognosis based on patient's condition.
• Provides written home‑going instructions.
• Collaborates with Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
• Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in state of practice
• Master's degree (MSN) required.
• Phlebotomy skills required.
• Epic proficiency preferred.
• Nationally Certified as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support.
