Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Strong expertise in chemical kinetics, heterogeneous catalysis, and reaction engineering.
  • Knowledge of engine emissions control technologies, particularly Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary research teams.
Experience
  • Research experience in academic, industrial, or government laboratory environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with laboratory‑scale catalytic reactors (monolithic and/or packed‑bed flow reactors preferred).
  • Experience in reactor design, construction, and experimental setup.
  • Familiarity with catalyst characterization techniques such as:
  • Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) Analysis
  • X-ray Diffraction (XRD)
  • Strong experience in data analysis, technical reporting, scientific documentation, and critical thinking.
