• Operate all in‑store equipment, including oven‑tending.

• Schedule, manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
• Implement marketing tools from a company with over 15,000 stores.
• Maintain store cleanliness and meet health‑board standards.
• Lead all Team Members to achieve store goals.
• Consistently work 40+ hours per week.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass RPM Freshman class.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 25 pounds, and use machines.
• Food Safety Certified as required by the area.
