Position Summary:
This role oversees customer interactions, promotes company products and services, and supports associate supervision to ensure high service standards and regulatory compliance.
What you’ll do:
Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding them on self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company offerings.
Supervise associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, guiding member‑service approaches, ensuring compliance with policies, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors, organize and maintain the sales floor, and complete required paperwork, logs, and documentation according to company policies.
Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, adhering to forklift spotting and hazardous material handling procedures, following steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation by handling claims and returns, zoning, stocking, arranging, pricing, identifying shrink, and securing fragile and high‑shrink items per company standards.
Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards, merchandising area categories, and cleaning all departments.
Lead and participate in teams, share resources, determine customer needs and priorities, coordinate work assignments, provide feedback and support, and model adaptability to new challenges.
Oversee picking and staging of club pick‑up orders, ensuring products are selected and staged per company policy.
Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; analyze data; monitor progress; and identify improvement opportunities.
Demonstrate compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics by guiding others, implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and assisting with correcting compliance issues.
