Closing Team Leader - Columbus

The starting pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.50 per hour, with a full range of $21.50 - $36.55, depending on labor markets, education, work experience and certifications.

• Lead closing routines, coach team members in all areas, and manage workload efficiency across the store.
• Problem‑solve and prioritize across multiple business areas to execute store strategies, supporting leaders with communication and collaboration.
• Support store operations by ensuring departments are zoned, in stock, signed and labeled, and by setting up the store for success the next day.
• Use business‑planning tools to share priorities and updates with leadership and take action to reach performance goals.
• Evaluate candidates for open positions, support team onboarding, and focus on developing a guest‑centric team.
• Maintain a culture of safety and ethical conduct, model safe behaviors, and assist with incident response and reporting.
• Provide guest services such as order pick‑up, drive‑up orders, and returns while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Participate in all store emergency and compliance needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Strong communication skills and capacity to remain focused in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort with flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Experience operating handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 44 pounds, and work in varying temperatures and humidity.
• Willingness to maintain reliable and prompt attendance.
