Inside Sales & Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Inside Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers, support daily warehouse operations, and help drive company revenue by presenting solutions that meet customer needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a small-company environment where flexibility is key.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner
• Assist with shipping and order fulfillment as needed
• Stock inventory and support walk-in retail customers
• Perform general office duties, including data entry and administrative support
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with various tasks as required

Schedule:

• Preferred hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling available

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with automotive and/or diesel motors is a plus, but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working in a small team environment
