Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to identify unusual conditions, unsecured doors, and other security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor and contractor check-in processes, verifying authorization and directing individuals according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site representatives and/or emergency services as directed by post orders;
Complete shift activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation, communicating key information during shift turnover and to Allied Universal supervision
