Today we are looking for a Full Time
- Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Williamsburg Way Apartments in Columbus, IN!

Monday
- Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 4 weeks. Full Time
- Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

• $21.00-$24.00 an hour
• Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
• On-call bonus structure, up to $2,000 annually

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• HVAC Experience Required and Certification (EPA) strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.

Valid driver’s license required.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
