Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair on production equipment, including hydraulic systems, ball screw replacement, gear boxes, and rebuilding gear boxes;
Conduct electrical troubleshooting on plant equipment using a multimeter to diagnose issues with contacts, relays, proximity switches, photo eyes, and other control components;
Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors up to 480V, including performing wiring, motor rebuilds, and ensuring proper operation of all motors utilized in the plant;
Read and interpret electrical schematics to identify faults and implement effective corrective actions;
Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
