PAF Construction is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, IN. You will safely operate excavators, loaders, dozers, and other machinery to support excavation, dredging, grading and utility installation projects.
Daily duties include reading site plans, performing basic equipment inspections, coordinating with site supervisors and crew members, and adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure on-time, quality project completion.
