Job Title: AUTOSAR Developer (MATLAB Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AUTOSAR Developer with strong experience in MATLAB/Simulink to develop, integrate, and validate automotive embedded software solutions. The ideal candidate will work on AUTOSAR-based ECU software using model-based design approaches and collaborate closely with systems, hardware, and validation teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and integrate AUTOSAR Classic and/or Adaptive software components.
  • Develop embedded software using MATLAB/Simulink model-based design techniques.
  • Perform model simulation, validation, and auto-code generation.
  • Configure and integrate AUTOSAR BSW, RTE, and MCAL layers.
  • Translate system and software requirements into AUTOSAR-compliant software designs.
  • Support software integration, debugging, and ECU-level testing.
  • Participate in MIL, SIL, and HIL testing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and internal development processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems, hardware, and test engineers.
  • Create and maintain software design and development documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience in AUTOSAR development (Classic and/or Adaptive).
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for embedded software development.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ for automotive embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Flex Ray, Ethernet.
  • Experience working with automotive ECUs and real-time embedded systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AUTOSAR configuration tools such as Vector DaVinci, EB tresos, or similar.
  • Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262) and ASPICE processes.
  • Experience with model-based testing and validation tools.
  • Familiarity with ECU integration, diagnostics, and calibration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
