This is a hands‑on engineering role combining system‑level thinking, technical debugging, and automation to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑End Validation – Plan and execute comprehensive test cycles across embedded devices and connected systems, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability throughout the product lifecycle.
  • OTA & Connected Services Testing – Validate over‑the‑air update workflows and connected features, including standard operations, failure scenarios, and edge cases.
  • System Debugging – Investigate and resolve complex issues spanning electronic control modules, telematics hardware, and cloud‑based services.
  • Automation Development – Create and enhance scripts and tools to streamline testing processes, increase efficiency, and expand validation coverage.
  • Integration Support – Collaborate with engineering teams to support system integration from early development through production release.
  • Documentation & Traceability – Maintain clear, structured records of test cases, results, and defects within lifecycle management systems to ensure long‑term usability and compliance.
  • Progress Tracking & Communication – Provide timely updates on testing progress, risks, and critical issues to project stakeholders and leadership.
  • Standards & Best Practices – Uphold consistent testing standards, ensuring readiness of test environments, quality of documentation, and reliability of results.
Required Qualifications
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Telematics & Connected Systems Experience – Proven ability to validate connected‑device ecosystems, including OTA updates and cloud‑integrated features.
  • Embedded Systems Testing – Strong experience executing full validation cycles and troubleshooting complex device‑level issues.
  • Communication Protocols – Advanced knowledge of CAN-based systems (including J1939 and UDS), with the ability to analyze logs and diagnose communication issues.
  • Diagnostic Tools – Hands‑on experience with industry tools for message analysis, simulation, and troubleshooting.
  • Cloud Awareness – Foundational understanding of cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their interaction with connected devices.
  • Automation Skills – Experience building or enhancing scripts and tools to improve testing workflows.
  • Documentation & Process Discipline – Ability to create clear, structured test documentation and manage artifacts within lifecycle systems.
  • Agile Methodology – Experience working within Agile frameworks, including sprint planning, defect tracking, and iterative delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing reusable validation frameworks or improving test processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud‑to‑device communication architectures in telematics or IoT systems.
  • Experience building dashboards or reporting tools to track testing progress and quality metrics.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
  • You are comfortable working across hardware, software, and cloud environments.
  • You enjoy troubleshooting complex, multi‑layered systems.
  • You are detail‑oriented and committed to delivering high‑quality results.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • You take initiative and can quickly contribute in a fast‑moving technical environment.
Why This Role Matters

Your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of connected systems used in real‑world applications. By ensuring seamless communication between devices and cloud platforms, you’ll help enable smarter, more efficient, and more connected technologies.

This is an opportunity to deepen your expertise in telematics, embedded systems, and system‑level validation while contributing to meaningful advancements in connected technology.
