Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for picking products, handling, scanning, storing and reporting any quality issues, damages, overages, or shortages to the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Pick products and prepare for distribution.
- Handle, scan, and store products accurately.
- Report overages, shortages, and damages to the supervisor.
- Audit inventory as requested.
- Ensure accurate placement of scanned inventory.
- Fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Frequent interaction with warehouse team members and supervisors.
- Requires physical movement including standing, walking, lifting, and material handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with basic computer systems and scan guns.
- Comfortable operating or learning warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective interpersonal communication.
- Team-oriented and dependable.
- Physically able to handle freight.
- Hourly Rate: $16.75–$17.50 per hour + 2nd & 3rd shifts include a $3.00 premium where applicable
- Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two weeks vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
