Facilities Maintenance Technician
Do you enjoy fixing things and working with your hands? We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our offices, shops, and construction facilities in top condition.
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys tackling a wide variety of maintenance projects.
Responsibilities:
Change HVAC air filters and perform preventive maintenancePower wash buildings, sidewalks, and equipmentInterior and exterior paintingMinor carpentry, framing, and construction projectsInstall and replace door hardware, locks, shelving, and fixturesWaterproofing and sealing projectsGeneral building repairs and maintenanceAssemble and install equipment and furnitureMaintain company shops, offices, and yard facilitiesAssist with miscellaneous maintenance projects as neededPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in general building maintenance, construction, or a related tradeAbility to use common hand and power tools safelyBasic plumbing and carpentry skillsElectrical experience is a plusHVAC/air conditioning experience is a plusAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksValid driver's licenseWe're Looking For Someone Who Is:
