Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate MES rollout activities, including testing support, issue tracking, stakeholder communication, and status reporting.
- Partner with production teams, SAP analysts, and business users to support MES integration, process alignment, and operational readiness.
- Develop and execute training plans, training matrices, and end‑user support activities for MES adoption across the site.
- Identify process gaps, document workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives related to digital manufacturing and paper‑to‑MES transition efforts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience supporting or leading MES projects within industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace environments.
- Strong experience with MES/SAP integration, production workflows, user acceptance testing (UAT), and manufacturing process improvement initiatives.
