Galloway Chandler McKinney is a local, privately owned independent insurance agency. Our agency has origins back to 1920, and we offer a wide variety of insurance and risk management solutions to our customer base. Currently, we are looking to add to our staff with an additional Customer Service Representative, focusing in our commercial lines area.
Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager is based in the Golden Triangle area. The role involves assisting clients with their insurance needs, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties also include responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, managing and servicing accounts, handling policy requests and updates, and providing support to ensure a high standard of client care.
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Commercial Lines Insurance
