- Maintains travel calendar for individual recruitment territory.
- Travels to in-state and out-of-state high schools and/or community colleges to provide information about the University to prospective students.
- Represents the University at job and high school and community college fairs.
- Presents presentations to prospective students, families, counselors and/or groups about the University and the admissions process.
- Assists prospective students in the admissions process.
- Makes telephone calls to prospective students regarding the University, admissions process and special events.
- Assists in the coordination of special events.
- Attends prospective student parties, counselor luncheons and alumni chapter meetings as needed.
- Maintains updated records regarding prospective students and applicants for weekly reporting.
- Gives campus tours to prospective students, families, and/or groups.
- Responsible for continual correspondence with prospective students regarding the University and admissions process.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred.
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Skills & Abilities:
- Valid driver’s license required.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Markets the University and is a territory manager that recruits prospective students. This position requires significant travel.
