**** Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Support teams and supervisors in achieving top-tier HSSE performance.
* Ensure compliance with corporate, customer, and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct audits, inspections, and routine safety walkthroughs.
* Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis efforts.
* Track, follow up, and close corrective actions.
* Promote safety awareness through training and campaigns.
* Participate in daily meetings and shift handovers to ensure alignment.
* Share ideas that improve HSSE programs and strengthen safety culture.
** Your Background
*** HSSE field experience preferred, or at least 2 years in a manufacturing role with safety involvement.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Organized, self‑driven, and proactive in identifying improvements.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
* Willing to travel up to 10% and work 2nd shift.
* Bonus: HSE certifications and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills and First Aid, CPR, or EMT training.
