Manage and maintain Electrical/Automation/Controls Systems L1 & L2

• Update controls, HMIs, OS’s, prints, etc.
• Troubleshoot process issues
• RSLogix, Step 7, and TMEIC PLC Maintenance of Code and Troubleshooting
• Setup, maintain and configure Industrial Networks (Control Net, Device Net, Ether Net, Profibus, Profinet)
• Continual improvements with Process and Controls with small and large-scale projects
• Work closely with Level 1 and Level 2 Engineer to ensure quality and on time work

• Excellent safety record
• Bachelor’s Degree:
  Electrical Engineering/Automation Engineer of Computer Science
• Multi-task and manage projects/maintenance outages
• Ability to read and understand information contained in a variety of documents
• Advise and coordinate the work of electrical contractors, and employees
• Willingness to learn and train others
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Visio, Auto Cad, etc.)
• Willingness to work unscheduled hours/days
• Microsoft SQL, Kepware and other Level 1 to Level 2 software

• Automation experience with the following: RSLogix, RSLinks, WinnCC, Prophecy, Factor Talk, and other types of Automation Software
• VFD setup, networking and controls (TMEIC, Power Flex, Toshiba, Soft Starts)
• PLC experience
