Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and commission industrial control systems for a variety of manufacturing environments
- Develop PLC and HMI software using Siemens TIA Portal
- Program PLCs and HMIs from scratch, including ladder logic development
- Install, debug, test, and commission complete automation systems at customer sites
- Perform machine startup, power-up, validation, and commissioning in collaboration with electrical and build teams
- Configure and program peripheral devices and machine control systems
- Ensure all control systems are designed and programmed according to customer and company engineering standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation and controls issues during commissioning
- Travel to customer facilities to support installation, startup, and production launch activities
- Minimum 2+ years of Controls Engineering experienc
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Siemens PLC and HMI programming experienc
- Expert-level experience with Siemens TIA Portal is require
- Ability to develop PLC programs and ladder logic from scratchc
- Strong troubleshooting and commissioning experienc
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
