Senior Aircraft Technician

Hourly Rate of Pay: $42.50 per hour

As a Senior Aircraft Technician, you will play a vital role in the inspection, repair, and maintenance of complex aircraft systems, ensuring their safe and efficient operation. You will be directly involved in the assembly, installation, and functional checking of aircraft components, making a significant impact on the aviation industry and ensuring safety and quality in every aircraft we deliver.

• Perform detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of aircraft components.
• Conduct operational checks to verify proper functioning of aircraft systems such as hydraulics, landing gear, engines, fire protection, and more.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions or failures and diagnose issues in aircraft systems.
• Participate in flight tests, log work performed, and assist with customer interface for delivery inspections.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

• Minimum of six (6) years of aviation maintenance experience.
• Current A&P license OR 18 months of maintenance experience on Customer specific manufactured helicopters.
• Strong ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Background in aviation maintenance on similar aircraft types and systems.

• Ability to work onsite 90% of the time.
• Physical tasks include lifting up to 60 lbs, carrying tools and documents, and operating office and production equipment.
• Must be able to work in various environments, including production floors and office settings.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies:
1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or
2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

$42.50 per hour
