Ancillary Chair Coordinator - Gorge

Position: Ancillary Chair Coordinator - The Gorge Amp.

The Gorge Amphitheatre is looking for fun, energetic, and music-loving people to fill this season's job openings. This is a seasonal, hourly position. The job begins in March with training, and the concert season will conclude in October. Ancillary Crew Members play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by supporting all ancillary sales and operations at the venue. This includes assisting with products and services such as lawn chair rentals, Fast Lane, VIP Clubs, parking upgrades, and other guest amenities.

Crew members ensure guests have a smooth, friendly, and efficient experience from the moment they arrive until the end of the event. This position takes place in an outdoor live entertainment setting, with exposure to varying weather conditions. Ancillary Crew Members are expected to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while working in a dynamic, guest-facing environment.
** WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
** Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressure Ability to lift to 25+ lbs. and stand for extended periods Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or live event operations preferred (but not required)
