Residential Rehab Educators/Counselors assist clients experiencing behavioral health issues with goal setting and achievement, activities of daily living, engagement in meaningful activities, socialization, transportation and administration of medication. Implement treatment plans that help clients reach goals and manage symptoms. Help clients develop independence and enhance quality of life.

- Help clients develop independence and enhance quality of life.
- Education:
HS diploma or equivalent; coursework in psychology, human services, social work, or health sciences toward an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - Previous experience in health and human services field and/or related education or training.
- Patience and ability to interact with individuals with disabilities.
- Dependability, flexibility, and desire to help others.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn to use an electronic health record system.
- Must have a current valid driver's license and a safe driving record; driving experience and access to a personal vehicle may be required at some sites.
- CPR, First Aid and MAP certifications may be required.
