• 7 on and 7 off schedule
• By‑laws require BE/BC Internal Medicine, cannot accept FMs
• $450,000 income potential – current Nocturnists earn $478,000 per year
• $45k sign‑on bonus, $10k relocation, and retention bonus
• 1 week of paid time off per year
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
