• Supervise CMA personnel. Monitor the operation of CMA equipment and systems.
• Ensure that material is shipped to the customer on time.
• Determine the need for Hot Shot material and ensure that the Five Alarm Process is initiated and executed.
• Manage the shipping and receiving systems.
• Coordinate activities with other departments. Implement programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness.
• Responsible for On‑the‑Job Training of Material Movement Team Members.
• Appraise the performance of Material Movement Team Members.
• Reward and discipline employees, address complaints, and resolve problems.
• Involved in Multi‑disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drive the company’s Continuous Improvement Process and Policies.
• Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

• Education:
  
  Minimum of a high school Diploma
• Good written and oral communication
• Warehousing and Shipping/Receiving experience (Required)
• Supervisor/Leadership/Management experience (Required)
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
