Responsibilities

  • Forklift Operation: safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
  • Receiving: unload and inspect incoming materials; verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips; document and store inventory appropriately.
  • Kitting: assemble kits of parts and materials for manufacturing orders per bill of materials and production schedules.
  • Picking & Issuing: accurately pick components and issue parts to the manufacturing floor using ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Packaging & Shipping: properly package products and components for internal use or outbound shipments following company and customer requirements.
  • Inventory Management: maintain accurate inventory records; perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories as needed.
  • ITAR Compliance: handle and store ITAR controlled materials in compliance with all applicable regulations; ensure secure and traceable movement of controlled items.
  • Documentation: complete all required shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately and timely.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in an aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (company may provide training).
  • Familiarity with ERP Systems and inventory tracking tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Understanding of ITAR and related security requirements is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations (U.S. citizen or permanent resident).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in an ISO
    9001/AS9100 certified environment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
  • Familiarity with export compliance, DFARS materials, and controlled goods handling.
