PACCAR Engine Company in Columbus, Mississippi, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process development, stability, and equipment readiness for engine assembly and machining. You will define processes, conduct time studies, and support new engine projects to ensure on-time, quality-ready production.
Ideal candidates bring a BS in engineering, 1–2 years automotive manufacturing experience, and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools. MS/MBA and Black Belt are a plus.
