As a Front End Loader Operator, you play a crucial role in our operations by efficiently and safely moving materials. You operate and maintain heavy equipment, ensuring the smooth flow of materials for various projects. Your work directly impacts our productivity and the successful completion of our tasks.
Job Duties And Responsibilities- Operates front end loaders to move, load, and unload materials.
- Performs daily equipment checks and reports any maintenance needs.
- Adheres to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Loads and unloads materials from trucks, conveyors, and other equipment.
- Maintains site preparation by clearing and leveling ground.
- Conducts preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Monitors the quality of materials being handled.
- Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Ensures efficient material handling and storage.
- Assists with other tasks as needed to support operations.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating front end loaders.
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation.
- Proficient in front end loader operation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ability to perform equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance.
- Excellent understanding of safety procedures.
- Skilled in loading and unloading materials.
- Knowledge of material handling best practices.
- Ability to perform site preparation tasks.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures.
- Certification in heavy equipment operation.
- Experience with GPS-guided equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Requires frequent bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
