- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines using work instructions, specifications, and drawings
- Inspect and produce defect-free parts while monitoring machining processes
- Identify unusual machine conditions
- Perform routine maintenance, tool setup, basic programming, and troubleshooting
- Document machine setups, repairs, and production activity accurately
- Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements
- Cross-train on additional machines and meet production schedules
- Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of industrial manufacturing experience or equivalent military service
- Vocational/technical high school or technical college coursework may be considered in lieu of industrial experience
- Prior CNC machining experience preferred
- Previous motor experience preferred
- Work authorization permitting employment in the United States
Demonstrates expertise in CNC Machine Operation, including setup, monitoring, and maintenance, while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Proficient in basic programming, troubleshooting, and documentation of production activities.
