Part Time Youth Director

Do you have a passion for helping young people grow in their faith? Beersheba Church is seeking a committed follower of Jesus Christ to lead and invest in our youth ministry. This is an exciting opportunity to disciple middle and high school students, build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting impact in our church and community.

• Lead Wednesday evening youth ministry and assist with Sunday School as needed.
• Plan and coordinate youth events, retreats, camps, mission opportunities, and fellowship activities.
• Encourage students' spiritual growth through Bible study, worship, prayer, and service opportunities.
• Build strong, Christ-centered relationships with students and their families. Recruit, equip, and serve alongside volunteers and the Youth Ministry Team.
• Coordinate youth participation in church-wide events, including Vacation Bible School, Fall Festival, and Youth Sunday.
• Communicate upcoming events and ministry updates through newsletters, social media, Group Me, and other church communication platforms.
• Work closely with the Pastor and church leadership to support the overall mission and ministry of Beersheba Church.

• A professing Christian with a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• A heart for ministering to middle and high school students.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, volunteers, and church staff.
• Demonstrates Christian character, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Part-time position
• Annual salary of $10,000–$12,000 (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
• Vacation Time- 4 weeks
• Church-paid attendance at approved conferences, workshops, camps, and retreats
• Attendance at one Grace Presbytery youth event each year

The Youth Director serves under the supervision of the Pastor, provides monthly ministry updates to the Session, and partners with church leadership to strengthen and grow the youth ministry.
