• Assess patients accurately based on their medical conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and provide appropriate care tailored to patient age and condition.
• Develop and evaluate patient and family teaching plans.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to perform treatments and assist with procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Address psychosocial needs and communicate with social services for discharge planning.
• Practice cost-effective resource utilization.
• Prioritize care to promote safety and minimize harm.
• Engage in lifelong learning to maintain professional competence.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Computer literacy.
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS.
