Job Title
Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality outcomes. Handles service functions and communication with staff, patients, and visitors. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Assesses patients under RN guidance.
- Contributes to developing and implementing care plans.
- Implements and evaluates care plans under supervision.
- Assists nursing staff with patient care.
- Participates in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.
- Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.
- Completes assigned goals.
- Currently enrolled as a full-time senior student in an approved nursing program, within one year of graduation.
- Meets or exceeds all academic requirements.
- Computer literacy.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
