NOW HIRING: QUALITY MANAGER – AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING

Are you an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and a passion for leading teams and driving continuous improvement?
We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Quality and will lead quality assurance efforts while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do- Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Management team
- Manage and continuously improve the company's QMS
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer requirements
- Oversee inspection plans, work instructions, and quality documentation
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
- Lead root cause analysis, CAPA, and non-conformance management
- Serve as the primary quality contact for customer-related quality issues
- Manage internal and external audits, customer inspections, and surveillance visits
- Monitor quality metrics and ensure performance goals are achieved
- Provide quality training and development for team members
- Prepare and present quality KPIs, trends, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership
- 8–10+ years of quality management experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of quality professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of QMS, AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer quality requirements
- Experience with SPC, root cause analysis, and FMEA
- Strong background in corrective and preventive actions and non-conformance management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)
- Six Sigma or equivalent quality certification
