Back Business Development Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present our transportation solutions and services to potential clients
- Work closely with operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales and growth goals
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development (transportatin, logistics, or related industry preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Ability to identify new business and profitable growth opportunities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with a drive to succeed
- Willingness to travel (no overnight travel)
- Degree preferred but not required
- Flatbed and end-dump experience is a plus
- Mature professional and comfortable working directly with company leadership
- 75,000- 85,000 base salary plus commission
- 50% of BCBS health insurance paid by employer
