• Monitor entrances and exits to control access for employees, visitors, and vendors using CCTV surveillance systems and manual checks.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by following established protocols, including providing first aid or CPR if necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures and conflict management when needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations.
• Use surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to monitor activity around the property continuously.

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain these certifications is a plus.
• Strong understanding of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and basic law enforcement practices.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform patrols across large areas.
