Hunt Companies, Inc. is hiring Maintenance Technicians at all levels I, II, and III to service rental housing. The role covers diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, water heaters, appliances, and related items.
You may also perform make-ready tasks for vacated units and outdoor work in various spaces. Qualified candidates will have 4–6 years in residential maintenance, a HS diploma or GED, and a journeyman license or related degree.
