Columbus Elementray School is actively seeking an enthusiastic and passionate school counsleor for the 2026–2027 school year. Columbus Public Schools pride themselves on academic excellence and a strong commitment to student success.

This position requires appropriate Montana licensure and certification.

The vibrant town of Columbus is located at the confluence of the Stillwater and Yellowstone Rivers in south-central Montana, approximately 40 miles west of Billings along Interstate 90.

Columbus Public Schools serve approximately 700 students in grades K–12. The town of Columbus offers a variety of amenities, including a grocery store, banks, a hospital, restaurants, and more.

This position offers a highly competitive salary, with a base of $42,853, depending on experience (DOE). In addition, the position includes an excellent benefits package, including health insurance, participation in the Teachers’ Retirement System, and 12 discretionary days.
