- Develop and oversee the company's marketing strategy across all channels, including retail advertising, print and digital media, ecommerce, social platforms, B2B, B2C, public relations, and events.
- Lead brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and brand equity growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth and brand positioning objectives.
- Develop and oversee an effective Digital Marketing Strategy (SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Social).
- Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities and collaborations while strengthening existing partnerships with retailers, key industry partners, events committees, and lifestyle influencers.
- Foster a relationship‑driven culture between team members and work cross‑functionally with Sales, Production, Design, Operations, and Finance to optimize go‑to‑market strategies.
- Contribute to overall company strategy and product development roadmap.
- Oversee trade show strategy and national event presence.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout all levels of the organization.
- Monitor market conditions, assess competitor activities, identify potential growth opportunities, and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
- Leverage data analysis and research to correlate marketing efforts with revenue growth.
- Lead efforts to optimize and grow our e‑commerce and B2B business channels.
- Drive growth in custom awards and rodeo event programs.
- Build, mentor, and effectively lead a high‑performing marketing team.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance accountability.
- Foster a culture of ownership, servant leadership, and a customer‑first service model.
- Strengthen wholesale and independent retailer networks through support and collaboration.
- Develop strategic partnerships within the western, rodeo, equestrian, and lifestyle industries.
- Other duties as assigned.
- BA or MBA in marketing, business, advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant marketing experience (or equivalent combinations of education and experience).
- Strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Inspirational leadership.

- Market awareness and brand‑building expertise.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Ability to be “hands on” executing the day‑to‑day activities of critical assets and deliverables.
- Proficiency in critical and strategic planning as well as financial analysis.
- Familiarity with, participation in, or exposure to a western lifestyle is considered an asset.
This position will be required to work out of our offices in the beautiful corporate headquarters on the banks of the Yellowstone River in Columbus, MT (30‑minute commute from the west end of Billings). Remote or Hybrid work options will not be considered.
