• Medical case management for residential services programs
• Screening, education, and counseling of residents
• Medication management
• Networking with community health care providers
• Participating in a rotating on‑call schedule, primarily providing phone consultations to ensure accessibility without on‑site presence

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois
• Current Illinois Driver’s License required
• Experience with psychiatric care and children/adolescents preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
