Tel Com Construction, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations on local Columbus, NE sites with occasional travel. You will lead foremen and crews, ensure safety, coordinate materials and reporting, and maintain strong communication across teams.
Ideal candidates have prior utility construction crew leadership experience, proficiency with Excel and database tools, and a valid driver's license; DOT medical card and Class A CDL are a plus.
