Job Description
A Client Relationship Consultant must read, write and speak Spanish at business level. They build relationships with customers through in‑person, appointment and virtual channels, provide counsel, adapt a digital‑first mindset, assess banking needs, process account information, demonstrate deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions based on each customer’s goals. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
BasicQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum four to five years of job‑related retail banking experience or equivalent training.
- Bilingual ability to read, write, speak Spanish and English at business level.
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
- Effective engagement and communication with clients.
- Thorough knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
- In‑depth knowledge of all retail products and services.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales campaigns/promotions.
- Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Digital‑first mindset to identify and meet customer needs.
- Advanced proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer needs reactively and proactively.
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred.

Pay Range: $21.94 - 26.82
