What You'll Do

• Communicate with consumers by phone and written correspondence
• Negotiate repayment solutions and payment arrangements
• Research and locate consumers using phone, internet and internal resources
• Verify and update demographic information
• Evaluate accounts and determine appropriate resolution strategies
• Maintain detailed account notes and documentation
• Complete collection-related reporting and administrative tasks
• Provide professional customer service while handling sensitive conversations

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
