Operations Coordinator – Scholar Programs

The Peter Kiewit Foundation Engineering Academy provides income‑eligible students with the resources and support to pursue careers in engineering, computing, and construction. The Academy seeks to recruit and retain all students, with a focus on advancing women in these fields.

• Provide wide‑ranging service to Scholar Programs operations.
• Serve as the front‑line contact for prospective and current scholars, scheduling interviews for scholar candidates.
• Assist with event planning.
• Aid in scholarship distribution and administration.
• Serve as a key professional in the management and logistics of the program.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, education, social sciences, student affairs, or related field plus two (2) years of experience in a business or customer‑service environment; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet university driver eligibility criteria.

• Experience working in an academic environment.
• Experience in event coordination and execution.
• Experience working with college students.
